RETURNS:
Items purchased online at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Store may be returned via mail for refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition. For returns, a refund of the price of the item will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Note that shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please follow the instructions below when returning items:
- Email Meg Eberly for return information. The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Store cannot accept unanticipated returns.
- Pack the item(s) carefully so that it(they) will not be damaged during the shipping process.
- Include reasons for return/ exchange within the box.
- Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send it via certified mail. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.
