PVGP STORE ORDERING FAQS:
We know ordering online can be confusing. Therefore, we have prepared these FAQs as asked by our fine customers in the past. If you have a question or problem with ordering on out site, please complete the form below and we promise to not only respond to your question with a SOLUTION but also add it to this list.

Enter your information in the Customer Information section of our checkout section. Do not fill in the login box at the top of that page if you are creating a new customer account. If your billing and shipping address are the same, you can check the box at the second section rather than entering the information twice. Simply check the box and click "next" to move to the following screen.
We use PayPal as our payment processor. But, You do NOT need to have a PayPal account or set one up to make your purchase. You can, if you like, pay with any credit or debit card just as normal.
If you do NOT have a PayPal account and desire to pay by credit or debit card, just click on the silver "Continue" button to the lower left of the next page, located under "Don't have a PayPal account?"

PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.
Even though you will receive an email confirmation of your order from The PVGP Store after your payment has been processed, it is recommended that you also print out a copy of your order and shipping information, as stated on our final Order page.
This provides you with a confirmation of the details of your order, as well as the actual order number, in the event you need to contact us about it.
YES! After you have successfully made payment on the PayPal site, using either your credit/debit card or your Paypal account, you will receive an email confirmation from The PVGP Store advising that your payment has been received and the order is being processed for delivery.
